- : Contribute to the end-to-end design of M&S frameworks for integrated sensor-to-shooter kill chains .
- Develop and validate high-fidelity behavioral models for radar waveforms, C2 logic, and kinetic interceptors.
- Architect and maintain simulation environments utilizing , deploying scalable simulation nodes via containers.
- : Create robust automation pipelines using Bash scripting to streamline simulation runs, environment setup, and data collection.
- Develop sophisticated data reduction and analysis tools using (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) and .
- Create high-impact technical plots and visualizations to communicate system performance.
- : Author comprehensive technical reports, design documents, and verification/validation (V&V) reports for delivery to the customer.
- : Lead technical discussions with government customers to translate operational needs into concrete simulation requirements.
- : Present complex simulation results to stakeholders and senior leadership, providing clear recommendations based on data.
- : Provide technical guidance and peer review for Level 1-3 engineers on the team.
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Modeling & Simulation (M&S) within the defense or aerospace industry.
- P roficiency in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Bash scripting.
- P roficiency in Python and MATLAB for mathematical modeling and data science.
- Deep understanding of the physics and logic governing Radars, C2 systems, and Missile/Drone kinematics.
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
- Experience using Podman (or Docker) for application deployment and environment isolation.
- Experience with industry-standard simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB / Simulink).
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience acting as the Primary Technical Point of Contact (POC) for a government program office.
- Familiarity with DIS/HLA standards for distributed simulations.
