Blu Omega is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a federal program. This role operates onsite near 575 Morosgo Drive, Atlanta, GA 30324, with a frequency of 1-2 days a week if local, and is responsible for coordination, documentation, and process management activities within the CDC environment. The position requires experience supporting technical and operational workstreams, capturing decisions, monitoring progress, and maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as meeting steward for recurring program and technical syncs - schedule meetings, capture key decisions, document action items, and track follow-up activities.
- Support and update process documentation, governance artifacts, and communication materials to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Coordinate across program management, governance, helpdesk, and training activities to ensure timely deliverables and adherence to processes.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor program metrics, milestones, and risks.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support the implementation of standardized workflows.
- Ensure accurate documentation and version control across program artifacts to support compliance and reporting efforts.
- Assist with light business analysis activities such as requirement clarification, data validation, and system documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or operations support within an IT, data, or enterprise program environment
- 2+ years supporting AI domain applications or platforms
- Experience maintaining documentation and trackers using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, or JIRA
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with experience in meeting management, action tracking, and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree

- Possession of any AI-related certifications
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00
