OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced SETA Program Manager to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support. This is a highly visible, on-site position supporting advanced research and development programs focused on Electronic Warfare (EW) and next-generation electromagnetic spectrum capabilities. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage complex R&D efforts, coordinate across government and performer organizations, and communicate with senior leadership while possessing a solid understanding of Electronic Warfare concepts.

This is a highly visible, on-site position supporting advanced research and development programs focused on Electronic Warfare (EW) and next-generation electromagnetic spectrum capabilities. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage complex R&D efforts, coordinate across government and performer organizations, and communicate with senior leadership while possessing a solid understanding of Electronic Warfare concepts.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Provide SETA support for research and development programs throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage day-to-day program execution, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate activities across DARPA, government stakeholders, industry partners, academia, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).
- Prepare technical documentation, program reports, executive briefings, white papers, and presentation materials.
- Support technical interchange meetings, performer reviews, and program planning sessions.
- Develop meeting agendas, capture action items, and monitor follow-through.
- Track program progress and provide recommendations on execution, scheduling, and overall program performance.
- Support acquisition planning and other programmatic documentation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with senior government leadership and multidisciplinary technical teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience providing program or project management support for DoD, Intelligence Community, DARPA, or other federal research and development organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse technical teams and managing complex technical programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing technical papers, executive briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced R&D environment.

- Candidates should have exposure to or familiarity with Electronic Warfare and electromagnetic spectrum technologies, including:
- Electronic Support (ES)
- Electronic Protection (EP)
- Analog and digital signal processing
- Digital beamforming
- RF lens beamforming
- Photonic beamforming
- Signal detection and characterization
- RF systems and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO)
CLEARANCE:
- Active Secret clearance minimum required
