The Advanced Concepts Portfolio Integration Lead reports to the RMS Advanced Concepts Director and works across RMS and the OneLM team. You will inform the execution of high visibility strategies, campaigns, and initiatives by building and managing integrated roadmaps, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring disciplined resourcing and timing from concept through execution. This role will be responsible for the following areas:
• Strategic Adjacencies Maturation - Enable RMS growth in strategic adjacencies ("B Orders"), strengthen the 10 year optimistic growth opportunities, and expand the pipeline of next generation horizon 1.5-3 capabilities.
• Go Fast Partnering - Work with the Advanced Concepts Go Fast PMO to inform strategy and resourcing decisions.
• Program Partnering - Collaborate with Advanced Concepts Line of Business leaders to shape, prioritize, and rapidly deliver disruptive business outcomes.
• Cross Functional Alignment - Interface with the OneLM team including corporate mission roadmaps and partner teams to synchronize strategies, solutions, and resource allocations.
• Agile Team Leadership - Lead an agile team of teams environment, ensuring clear communication, interdependency management, and on time deliverables.
• Roadmap Development: Proven ability to create, maintain, and execute multi-year roadmaps to achieve key business results.
• Executive Presentation: Experience crafting and delivering high-impact briefings to senior leadership and customers.
• External Partnerships: Track record of building collaborations with traditional and non-traditional partners, including the growing commercial / defense technology industry.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with OSW, Intelligence Community, Combatant Commands, DARPA/IARPA, Service S&T, and other Service customers.
• Customer & Competitive Insight: Broad understanding of the current customer environment and competitive landscape; ability to assess and influence strategies.
• Disruption & Rapid Response: Demonstrated success operating under disruptive, fast-paced conditions.
• Organizational Collaboration: Experience working across boundaries and in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Familiarity with identifying and managing strategic adjacencies.
• Technical and/or operational expertise relevant to advanced concepts.
• Capture, program, and portfolio management experience for development phase projects/products.
• Experience performing with small businesses, non traditional firms, and OTA and SBIR programs.
• Background evaluating early stage companies and partnering with venture capital entities.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP clearances.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
