ARMADA is seeking a highly qualified Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) to support the 414th Combat Training Squadron (414 CTS) Red Flag Vault Operations Services contract at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The GSSO is responsible for supporting physical, personnel, industrial, and Special Access Program (SAP) security operations within Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs). This position manages Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Technical Operations (STO) security activities supporting Red Flag exercises and limited Weapons School Integration (WSINT) operations while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense, Air Force, Air Combat Command, and Defense Intelligence Agency security directives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will support physical, personnel, industrial, and information security operations within co-use SCIFs and SAPFs.
- Manage security operations supporting STO, SAP, SCI, and collateral security programs.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will perform duties as the organization's STO GSSO, SSO Security Support Representative (SSR), and SAP GSSO.
- Conduct CAB indoctrinations for U.S. and multinational personnel in coordination with subject matter experts.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will support Electronic Warfare (EW) taskings for classified warfare planning, mission briefings, and debriefings during Red Flag exercises.
- Protect COMSEC material in accordance with installation and Department of Defense directives.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will serve as a COMSEC Custodian, when designated.
- Develop and implement security plans and procedures supporting personnel, facilities, advanced programs, and SCI material.
- Conduct and document self-inspections of program facilities and security operations.
- Assess security posture and implement corrective actions to resolve identified deficiencies.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will maintain Top Secret Control Accounts (TSCA) and ensure strict accountability of classified documents and materials.
- Investigate actual or suspected compromises, losses, or unauthorized disclosures of classified information.
- Establish procedures governing the safeguarding, access, storage, transmission, reproduction, and destruction of classified information.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will provide security oversight for facilities supporting advanced and special access programs.
- Process personnel access requests for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
- Coordinate and submit facility work orders in support of security requirements.
- Implement DoD, Air Force, ACC, DIA, and MAJCOM policies governing classified programs, networks, SCIFs, and SAPFs.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will conduct introductory SAP briefings and local SAP procedures briefings.
- Maintain permanent and temporary SAP profiles supporting Red Flag exercises.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will process Foreign National documentation supporting Flag exercises.
- Maintain CAB rosters and billet rosters.
- Process Personnel Access Requests (PARs) and support badging activities.
- The Government Special Security Officer (GSSO) will perform other duties as assigned in support of contract requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical, personnel, industrial, and information security requirements supporting collateral, Special Technical Operations (STO), Special Access Program (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments.
- Thorough knowledge of STO and SAP/SCI security policies, guidance, and operational requirements, including IJSTO CJCSI policies, CAB Management Plans, security CONOPS, DoD Manual 5205.07, and applicable ACC, U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, DIA, and DoD directives.
- Knowledge of personnel security administration for STO and SAP/SCI programs, including Personnel Access Request (PAR) processing, access control management, badge systems, and support for daily operations, exercises, multinational activities, and special events.
- Experience coordinating multinational event requests, information technology requests, waiver packages, and other security actions supporting STO and SAP/SCI operations.
- Working knowledge of COMSEC policies, procedures, operating instructions, and emergency action plans.
- Skill in administering classified security programs supporting joint, military, and multinational operations while safeguarding classified information and maintaining strict accountability for sensitive materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced classified operational environment.
- Ability to comply with all applicable DoD, U.S. Air Force, ACC, DIA, COMSEC, OPSEC, industrial security, personnel security, and information security directives.
Minimum/General Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing security management support for TS/SCI, STO, and SAP programs supporting joint and multinational exercises.
- Experience supporting Electronic Warfare (EW), joint, cyber, space planning, and logistical operations.
- Experience in Specialty Code/Series 0080 or a minimum of one (1) year of classified vault management experience.
- Must be eligible to meet installation access requirements and maintain all credentials required to perform contract duties.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI, STO, and SAP access.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, bachelor's degree preferred.
