ARMADA is seeking a highly qualified Contract Manager / Vault Coordinator to provide overall contract management and operational oversight in support of the 414th Combat Training Squadron (414 CTS) Red Flag Vault Operations Services at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The Contract Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all contract operations and is responsible for ensuring successful execution of Special Access Program (SAP) vault operations supporting Red Flag exercises and limited Weapons School Integration (WSINT) activities. This position provides leadership, supervision, quality assurance, customer engagement, and operational coordination to ensure all contract requirements are performed efficiently and in accordance with Department of Defense, Air Force, and contract requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will serve as the authorized representative responsible for the overall performance of the contract.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for all contract personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison between ARMADA and Government representatives regarding contract performance.
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will ensure sufficient qualified personnel are available to meet all contract requirements.
- Designate an alternate Contract Manager with similar qualifications to act during periods of absence.
- Exercise full authority to make decisions on all matters relating to daily contract operations.
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will ensure contractor personnel successfully support Red Flag exercises, limited WSINT operations, and other authorized events.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support staggered shifts, extended operations, weekends, and exercise requirements.
- Ensure contractor personnel comply with all OPSEC, information security, physical security, and classified handling requirements.
- Oversee timely completion and submission of all required reports and contract deliverables.
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will attend required meetings with Government representatives, including performance evaluation meetings and exercise support meetings as required.
- Coordinate travel, when directed, in accordance with Government guidance.
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will maintain effective communication with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Quality Assurance personnel, and Government leadership.
- Ensure contractor personnel maintain required security clearances, certifications, and qualifications throughout contract performance.
- The Contract Manager/Vault Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned in support of contract requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in military air operations and classified environments, including Special Access Program (SAP) vault operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation and effectively interact with Government personnel, military leadership, and contractor staff.
- Strong understanding of military operations, classified environments, security protocols, and mission support activities, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling classified information.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility, Special Access Program/Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) access, installation access, and all security credentials required to perform contract duties.
- Working knowledge of and ability to comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Air Force, OPSEC, COMSEC, information assurance, and security directives, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Minimum/General Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a military air operations environment, including supervision of personnel and operational activities.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of twelve (12) or more personnel.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software applications.
- Operational knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) vault operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated command of the English language.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Special Access Program/Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) access.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a Science-related field is highly desirable; however, candidates with any accredited bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of military aircrew member experience will also be considered.
