Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Level 2) for a contract opportunity at Tinker AFB, OK.
Researches, analyzes, and compiles basic technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle. Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of basic system of systems, systems and new product development. Derives and develops basic architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs. Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives. Works under general supervision.
Analyst role responsibilities:
Warehouse role responsibilities:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).

This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.

Analyst role responsibilities:
- Process Purchase Requests (PR) and submit to Supplier Management
- Coordinate with Supplier Management for Purchase Order (PO) placement, status, and estimated ship dates
- Liaison between Supplier Management and Engineering team
- Verify part requirements by reviewing Air Force Technical Order References, Parts Lists, and Drawings
- Coordinate scrap and part disposals with Government customer
- Review aircraft modification drawings and Technical Orders to develop recommendations (stock levels, dispose, etc.) on dispositioning spare parts
- Research obsolete parts, materials, and tools required to sustain aging aircraft
- Perform monthly equipment calibration PR submittals
- Working with Gold system (manages all the parts within the airforce)
Warehouse role responsibilities:
- Generate job orders
- Perform physical inventory
- Perform physical issue of parts to technicians performing repairs
- Process part requests
- Process part turn-ins - serviceable/unserviceable
- Monitor Do-In-From-Maintenance (DIFM) parts
- PR submittals (go through Aviall/BD for equipment calibrations)
- Experience in Air Force supply processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to include communicating with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions and clearly conveying information to individuals or groups
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Applications
