Associate Program/Administrative Support Analyst

Overview

VTG is seeking Program and Administrative Support Analysts to provide document control, meeting logistics, data tracking, and administrative support on the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA.

What will you do?

• Provide document control support including iPDM uploads, file management, and deliverable status tracking
• Coordinate meeting logistics for QPRs, IPTs, and Government-directed program reviews
• Maintain action item registers and distribute meeting minutes
• Support monthly financial report preparation with data compilation and formatting
• Manage personnel roster updates and on-call schedule maintenance
• Assist with data call coordination and format compliance review
• Maintain program SharePoint, shared drives, and document management systems

Do you have what it takes?

• Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
• 0 to 5 years of administrative, program support, or DOD contracting experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Experience with deliverable tracking or DOD document management systems a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required

*Position contingent upon contract award*

VTG's estimated starting pay range is $90,000-$130,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
