Blu Omega is seeking an AI Integration Strategist to support a federal program focused on developing and executing an agency's artificial intelligence roadmap. This role operates onsite in Atlanta, GA, and is responsible for providing strategic support across enterprise AI/ML initiatives. The position requires experience supporting digital transformation, AI/ML technologies, human-centered design, and stakeholder engagement within a mission-driven environment.

Location: 575 Morosgo Drive, Atlanta, GA 30324
Clearance: Public Trust Eligible
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
Schedule: 1-2 days onsite per week based on location

Responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and federal priorities.
• Conduct strategic research and analysis on AI/ML technologies, market trends, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies and communication plans.
• Design and implement human-centered AI adoption frameworks emphasizing user experience, ethics, and human-AI interaction.
• Create executive briefings, KPI frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication strategies to demonstrate ROI and ensure successful AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting or corporate strategy
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or healthcare technology implementation
• 2+ years of experience applying human-centered design to AI product development and change management
• 3+ years of experience developing KPI frameworks for AI initiatives, including ROI and adoption metrics
• Experience supporting C-suite executives in technology organizations
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, generative AI, automation platforms, and enterprise AI implementation methodologies
• Experience with developing executive briefings, stakeholder engagement plans, and change management communications
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced coursework or certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technologies
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with strategic partnerships, alliance management, or joint ventures
• Experience collaborating with technology companies, academic institutions, or international organizations
• Formal training or certification in organizational change management methodologies

Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
