Responsibilities
The Project Integrator/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to the Mission Center's Front Office leadership team, including the Technical Director (TD), and works closely with the Executive Assistants and other EXOs to support the customer's operations-centric cyber mission. The Project Integrator serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office leadership team responsible for managing the staff's check-in and check-out processes, space management and utilization across multiple locations, managing schedules and visits, and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide direct support to the Mission Center's Front Office leadership team (e.g., the Technical Director), including calendar management and schedule deconfliction.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare background materials and briefing information, as needed, for senior leadership.
- Manage taskings and action items assigned to and by the Front Office to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations and briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences.
- Manage space allocation and utilization across multiple locations for the Mission Center's Front Office leadership team.
- Manage personnel arrival and departure processes and procedures through ServiceNow and other business process workflows, as necessary.
- Coordinate travel for the Front Office leadership team, including schedule deconfliction, field coordination, and sending itinerary cables to the field.
- Provide support to the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants for special projects and activities, as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities, such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentations.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
- Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, report files, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and compose correspondence.
- Ability to compose technical documents, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimal direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce, including developing artifacts appropriately tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work cooperatively and collaboratively across contractual and organizational boundaries.
- Keen attention to detail; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Front Office and/or Project Integrator experience.
- Experience handling sensitive personnel and contractual information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
