Job Description
The Subject Matter Expert, Technology and Innovation provides senior subject-matter expertise and technology innovation across MAG Aerospace's USEUCOM Technical Support portfolio under GSA OASIS. Reporting to program leadership, the role contributes deep technical expertise to the design, integration, delivery, and sustainment of HEMP and CBRNE-survivable C5ISR capability across mobile command platforms, hardened facilities, and secure operations centers in the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) area of responsibility. The role applies across the full portfolio rather than any single effort, with the mobile command and control effort as a current anchor.
The role suits a broad, cross-disciplinary technologist, typically with a military background, who can reason across mechanical, electrical, RF, network, communications, and facility domains and solve complex problems that span disciplines and technologies. The position applies that breadth across survivable communications, C5ISR integration, hardened infrastructure, and secure operations; supports program leadership in setting technical direction and standards; helps drive technology innovation and new capability; provides technical guidance to the engineering team; and supports technical engagement with the Government customer and NATO and coalition mission partners.
****Must Be US Citizen****

- Support test, evaluation, and third-party HEMP certification, and sustainment and life-cycle activities across the portfolio.
- Support program management with technical planning, risk, and work breakdown across a multi-tenant environment, and participate in design reviews and technical exchanges.

- Expertise in secure communications, including beyond-line-of-sight satellite, line-of-sight, and HF communications, the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), and Harris tactical radios.
