Job Description
- Provide budget administration services for assigned programs within the Army Working Capital Fund(AWCF) for a multi-mission installation.
- Review budget requests to develop overall budget requirements for the installation.
- Oversee funding, ensuring strategic allocation and effective utilization to drive project success and achieve objectives.
- Perform analysis of budget requests, considering unforeseen factors in development and production, shifts in project direction, and alternative sources of funding.
- Position may require occasional TDY up to 20% of the time.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Financial Management Level 2 certification.
- Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes interpreting budgetary regulations to assure that budget forecast, estimates, and submissions conform to requirements; perform budget execution that encompasses monitoring budget program allocations, obligations, or expenditure of funds; and resolve budget issues by implementing corrective actions to enhance program efficiency. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
