Job Description

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position is TBD. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Position Location: Naples, Italy (On-Site)

About the Role:

The Site Manager shall be the primary representative and have full authority to act on matters pertaining to the performance of services under this contract.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Meet DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification requirements.
  • Planning, scheduling, and supervision of day-to-day activities of employees, contract compliance, facility security, COMSEC management, contingency planning (e.g., natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, and bomb threats), Cyber Security, and administration/oversight of Quality Control and 3M programs.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.


Experience Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years' experience, within the last 15 years in SHF, EHF and/or UHF satellite earth terminal system operation and maintenance.
  • Possess six (6) years' experience, within the last 15 years in SHF, EHF and/or UHF satellite earth terminal site management, administration, and supervision of personnel operating, maintaining and providing logistical support to an SHF, EHF or UHF military or commercial facility of similar size and mission.
  • Knowledge of DISA, DSCS, Navy, MUOS, OSHA and EPA directives applicable to communications station operations.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred


Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:
  • PMP preferred.


Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • COMSEC; TR/Missione Visa; DCWF; IT PM Journeyman; alternate ISSO.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.


Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Secret Clearance.


US Citizenship Requirements:

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
