Assistant Site Manager

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position is TBD. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role:

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

• Planning, scheduling, and supervision of day-to-day activities of employees, contract compliance, facility security, COMSEC management, contingency planning (e.g., natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, and bomb threats), Cyber Security, and administration/oversight of Quality Control and 3M programs.
• Execution of low-level engineering required to plan/implement DISA Telecommunications Service Requests (TSR) and Telecommunications Service Orders, assist with programmed installations and upgrades, as well as routine/emergent station wiring, cabling, and configuration changes.
• Perform as alternate ISSO.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred.

Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:

• PMP preferred.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

• Meet DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification.
• Possess a minimum of five (5) months of documented formal training in SHF, EHF or UHF satellite earth terminal operations and maintenance, either from military service schools or from accredited college/commercial educational sources.
• Possess four (4) years' experience, within the last twelve (12) years, in SHF, EHF and/or UHF satellite earth terminal site management, administration, and supervision of personnel operating, maintaining and providing logistical support to an SHF, EHF or UHF facility of similar size and mission.
• IT project management.
• Minimum five months documented SATCOM training.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Security Clearance Requirements: Secret.

US Citizenship Requirements:

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
