Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital ISR Cell Lead to lead an intelligence and analytics team supporting advanced multi-source intelligence operations. This role is responsible for driving the overall Digital ISR strategy, managing analytic production, and delivering actionable intelligence that supports operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a background in JSOC, Special Operations, or the Intelligence Community and brings deep expertise in targeting, all-source intelligence, ISR operations, and intelligence-driven operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of all-source analysts, targeting specialists, and data analysts.
• Develop and execute Digital ISR strategies and collection priorities.
• Success requires the ability to translate large volumes of disparate data into intelligence products that create measurable operational outcomes rather than simply providing situational awareness.
• Integrate OSINT, PAI, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and commercial data sources into actionable intelligence products.
• Establish analytic standards, workflows, and production processes.
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend data sources, tools, and capabilities to meet mission requirements.
• Brief senior leaders and stakeholders on intelligence findings and operational assessments.
• Support intelligence sharing with interagency, coalition, and partner organizations.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of intelligence, targeting, ISR, or operational analysis experience.
• Experience supporting JSOC, Special Operations Forces, or Intelligence Community missions.
• Proven leadership experience managing intelligence or analytic teams.
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
o All-Source Intelligence
o Target Development
o ISR Operations
o SIGINT Integration
o OSINT / PAI Exploitation
o Operational Intelligence
• Experience briefing senior military, government, or executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
• Indo-Pacific regional experience.
• Experience standing up or growing intelligence capabilities.
• Knowledge of commercial data platforms and advanced analytical tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, targeting, or intelligence exploitation.
• Previous support to joint, interagency, or coalition operations.
