Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented to join our team!


  • Review project standards, specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
  • Review design-build submissions, drawings, calculations, design reports, operating manuals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client specifications and project standards.
  • Review contractor submittals, including materials, construction methodologies, subcontractor prequalification documents, and related technical submissions.
  • Support the Lead Civil Engineer and Senior Structural Engineers in preparing, reviewing, and consolidating technical reports, investigations, root cause analyses, and engineering status reports.
  • Assist in maintaining project budget, schedule, and compliance with the approved scope of work.
  • Provide structural engineering support to multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, MEP, and project controls disciplines.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of design and engineering activities.
  • Attend and witness inspections, testing, and acceptance activities as required.
  • Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to structural engineering matters.
  • Provide technical support to construction sites and assist in resolving design-related issues.
  • Identify discrepancies, evaluate technical challenges, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
  • Participate in safety meetings and review installation demonstrations of proposed materials and construction systems.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering design and construction methodologies.
  • Proven experience in the design and delivery of major heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and foundation design.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics and structural engineering design practices.
  • Experience using structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, Revit, CAD, WALLAP, Oasys Slope, TEDDS, SuperSTRESS, FEM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering design software and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.



  • Experience in rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Building Codes and local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using AutoCAD and related design software.
