Job Description:
Semper Valens Solutions is looking for a Custodian to support our team in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning offices, kitchens, common areas and restroom
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
- Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day - Emptying trash cans, dusting, tidying furniture
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers and restock disposables
- Wipe mirrors and windows
- Washing windows
- Collecting and taking out trash and recycling
- Dusting all surfaces
- Waxing floors
- Changing air filters and cleaning vents
- Maintain all cleaning equipment
- Properly handle chemicals
- Report major damages and oversee repairs
- Maintaining a thorough inventory, ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
- Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaner
- Experience developing schedules for maintenance, cleaning, etc
Requirements:
- Top Secret with SCI learance
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience as a custodian
