Financial Management Analyst (5941)

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Financial Management Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on financial management activities, including budget planning, formulation, and execution.
  
• S upport funding allocation processing and funds control management activities.
  
• A nalyze program financial data and develop reports to support management decision-making.
  
• Track budget execution and identify trends, cost drivers, and resource requirements.
  
• Assist with development of annual and multi-year budget plans.
  
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations regarding current and future funding requirements.
  
• A ssist with preparation of cost estimates, financial documentation, facility technical proposals, Gantt charts, and integrated master schedules.
  
• Su pport financial audits, reviews, assessments, and compliance activities.
  
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and supports financial reporting requirements.
  

Position Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
  
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in federal budget/financial management experience.
  
• D emonstrated experience with federal budget formulation, budget execution, and funds control.
  
• Knowledge of federal appropriations law, financial management regulations, and budget processes.
  
• Experience performing financial analysis, cost estimating, budget planning, and reporting.
  
• Experience supporting audits, reviews, assessments, and financial compliance activities.
  
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

• Top Secret Clearance
• Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check

Position is located in National Capital Region (Washington, DC Metropolitan Area)

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000
