Responsibilities
**This position is part of a proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award.
Noblis is hiring a CWMD Strategy and Policy Analyst. This will be a full-time role located onsite at a Government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Analyst shall support Air Force A10 and provide subject matter expertise support on WMD policy, strategies, and international frameworks across chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threat environments and related guidance/implementation.
Additionally, the Analyst shall provide the following support:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree & 0 years of experience. In lieu of a degree will also consider an Associates & 2 years of experience, or High School diploma & 6 years of experience

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

- CWMD and non-proliferation policy analysis
- Assessment of strategy effectiveness and compliance
- Research on emerging threats and policy impacts
- Development of policy briefs, white papers, and strategic assessments
- Interagency coordination and doctrine development
- Briefing senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree & 0 years of experience. In lieu of a degree will also consider an Associates & 2 years of experience, or High School diploma & 6 years of experience
- Strong understanding of WMD threats and non-proliferation regimes
- Knowledge of international CWMD and CBRN agreements
- Policy analysis, strategic planning, and research expertise
- Background in intelligence analysis, export control, or sanctions
- Familiarity with international security or diplomatic environments
- Foreign language proficiency
- Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility
