You will be the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead for the SIOP team which is responsible for driving end-to-end SIOP processes to align demand, supply, and financial targets.
As the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead you will be responsible for shaping strategic planning, executive governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You are a collaborative strategic thinker with a proven track record in SIOP processes, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving measurable improvements in service levels, inventory reduction, and profitable growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with SIOP (Sales-Integrated Operations Planning) or S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
• Experience with planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams
• Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Strong expertise with ERP/MRP systems, configuration management, and capability constraints
• Ability to integrate SIOP with EACs and financial forecasting
• Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives
• Translate long-term business strategy into actionable planning tactics
• Skilled at negotiating capacity, lead-time, and inventory trade-offs with internal stakeholders
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Active Secret security clearance
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
