You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Facility Operations team which is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and ensuring reliable electrical power distribution across the plant.
As the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily operations, managing personnel, and guaranteeing that critical infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.

- Prior Management and/or Leadership
experience (formal or informal) in a heavy
industrial plant setting
- Experience with electrical facility infrastructure and critical power distribution systems
- Facility Maintenance Leadership experience with a strong focus on electrical operations, power distribution systems, and supporting mechanical functions.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience overseeing maintenance activities in a heavy industrial plant environment.
- Proven ability to lead effectively in demanding conditions and collaborate with personnel at all levels, including internal teams and external customers.
- Technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting critical electrical equipment and infrastructure systems essential to operational reliability.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
