You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high-quality C130J aircraft.
As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130-person team on the C130J program.

Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive production challenges
Experience developing and managing budget and quality performance
Aircraft manufacturing leadership experience
Experience working with a represented workforce as well as salaried personnel
Experience building effective relationships and working with a cross function team; Engineering, Quality, Production Control, etc.
Experience communicating with senior and executive leadership
Management Operating System integration and operations experience
Strong Character: Integrity, Effort, Problem Solving Mindset
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Earned Value Management experience
Experience leading on a legacy, tooling controlled, aircraft platform
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments
Experience driving a culture of continuous improvement through PMT & IPT
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
