Job Description

- Plans and directs daily activities associated with making travel reservations, issuing tickets, and providing travel information to passengers.
- Monitor travel progress to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and verify that all travel arrangements meet safety benchmarks.
- Implement training programs for staff on the use of specialized reservation equipment and coordinate with external vendors for large-scale group movements.
- Manages the execution of theater entry and travel tasks for Special Operations personnel in the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluate Regional Travel Status Reports to prioritize flight schedules and ensure the timely arrival of mission-critical staff.
- Lead the coordination of local Administrative Teams to resolve complex processing issues affecting theaterwide readiness and command operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- High school diploma
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience
- Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight
- Associate's degree or a related field.
- Certification in Government travel management
- Knowledge of Aircraft Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) and Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) protocols.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
