- Validates the analysis and coordination of ongoing logistical functions including supply chain management and transportation.
- Oversee the development of detailed operational plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of logistics documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational gaps.
- Manages the daily synchronization of current operations and provides technical oversight for future logistics requirements.
- Develop comprehensive logistics support plans for theaterwide distribution and sustainment missions.
- Prepare formal document approvals and quality gate assessments for mission-critical logistics artifacts.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Must demonstrate experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for operational planning deliverables.
- DAU/DAWIA Level III in Life Cycle Logistics.
- Experience supporting Joint Task Force (JTF) logistics operations in maritime or expeditionary environments.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
