We are seeking a to provide the program requirements management support for our OPNAV N96 support contract.
The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000-120,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.

We are seeking a to provide the program requirements management support for our OPNAV N96 support contract.
- Provide on-site support and strategic analysis for Sensors & Navigation programs, ensuring alignment with DoD requirements and acquisition policies.
- Act as the principal technical advisor, offering daily support, status updates, and recommendations on program cost, schedule, and performance.
- Assist in supporting IPTs, advisory boards, off-sites, and working groups.
- Prepare and present technical and financial briefs, reports, and documentation for major milestone decisions and Flag-level meetings.
- Draft white papers, concept papers, technical reports, and meeting summaries related to Defense Planning Guidance activities.
- Participate in acquisition processes, systems engineering design reviews, and lifecycle support for Navy Surface Fleet capabilities.
- Analyze and develop acquisition strategies, draft presentations, and communicate program objectives to high-level officials.
- Provide analysis to improve program management using new initiatives and best practices.
- Conduct reliability, maintainability, availability analyses, and perform Total Ownership Cost evaluations.
- Participate in risk assessments, tradeoff studies, and feasibility analyses.
- Maintain liaison with OPNAV N96 leadership, Program Offices, and related government and industry partners.
- Monitor program progress, assist in POM budget proposals, and develop program performance metrics.
- Prepare and track Milestone documentation, participate in design reviews, and support Test and Evaluation activities.
- Provide analytical support for resource allocation and proposal development, advising on impacts and risks for program/system changes.
- Five (5) years of general experience, with at least five (3) years of hands-on experience in the following areas. Recent and relevant operational or staff experience can be substituted for years of experience with specific tasks:
- Assessing implementation of defined requirements associated to the mission and subsequently developing plans to better meet those requirements.
- Assessing historical and current program performance in relation to mission objectives, and analyzing the effects of developmental plans and/or new technologies on all factors associated to the mission.
- Daily interaction with senior leadership within affiliated organization.
- Interim or active Top-Secret clearance
- Onsite
