Title: Social Media Engagement Specialist
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 10 months - Part Time - 20 Hours Per Week
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

We are seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to plan, manage, and coordinate outreach campaigns across SSA-approved social media platforms. This role will promote the Ticket to Work Program, engage beneficiaries and service providers, create compelling content, and increase awareness of program benefits, work incentives, and employment opportunities.

Description:
- Plan and manage social media campaigns across SSA-approved platforms.
- Create engaging content to promote the Ticket to Work Program and related services.
- Increase awareness of work incentives, employment resources, and financial independence opportunities.
- Support outreach to beneficiaries, Employment Networks (ENs), and State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Conduct marketing research to identify audience trends and engagement opportunities.
- Write, edit, and review social media content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support communication and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure all content complies with SSA communication and branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media campaigns and digital engagement initiatives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing research methods and audience analysis.
- Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree.
