Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• DevOps Engineer supporting system modernization to converge core authoring, dissemination, and supporting tools.
• Focuses on deploying distributed web applications, configuring infrastructure, and maintaining system performance.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $278k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Deploy applications and install, configure, and maintain complex software and network servers.
• Monitor and maintain systems to ensure required levels of performance, availability, and stability while troubleshooting outages.
• Provision virtual infrastructure and automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement and manage containerized environments utilizing Docker, Docker Compose, and Docker Swarm across Linux and AWS environments.
• Manage source code using Git and support application components involving Python, NiFi, Elasticsearch, Java, Spring Boot, HAProxy, and MongoDB.
• Participate in a rotating on-call pager schedule for emergency call-in support approximately one week every 4 to 6 weeks.
Telework:
Hybrid telework is supported up to one day per week, with the remainder performed on-site.
