Responsibilities
You may be a great fit if you have experience with:
- Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects and programs.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including technical staff, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting.
- Facilitating Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and supporting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Identifying project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and change control processes.
- Delivering executive-level presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Supporting resource planning and balancing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Driving projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
- Utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs of similar scope and complexity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly polished communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience supporting federal government, defense, or regulated industry environments.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, or third-party integrations.
- Active U.S. security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
