Help Desk Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a to support a company focused on enterprise IT and cybersecurity services for government networks. This position is at . The will provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end users accessing a large-scale enterprise network environment. This is a great position to get your foot in the door in a cleared IT environment.

• Provide Tier I technical support for end users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Troubleshoot and support devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
• Assist users with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video teleconferencing (VTC) tools
• Document, track, and resolve service tickets in accordance with service level agreements
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support teams as needed

• 0-6 months of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field
• Experience supporting desktop environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking issues
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) certification required
• Active Secret Clearance required

• Salary Range: $60,000 depending on experience
