Job Description
As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, GS-0303-07, you will:
This position is located in the Air National Guard (ANG) Wing Force Support Squadron or subordinate unit and supports the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) and Orderly Room (CCQ) operations at the Squadron. The incumbent is subordinate to and assists the lead CSS in managing daily administrative and unit-level support, executes assigned programs in line with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG), and supports training of personnel to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Air Force policies.

- Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
- Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
- May be required to successfully complete a trial period.
- Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.
Open to Enlisted. Selected individual must be assigned to a compatible military position in the following AFSC upon date of hire: 3F0X1. Aptitude scores can be checked on the vMPF or at the Customer Service in the Force Support Squadron and physical profile in the medical squadron. Military grade inversion within the full-time work force is not permitted. The military grade of the full time supervisor must equal or exceed the military grade of personnel supervised.
: Experience, education, or training which indicates the candidate performed progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
Must have 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level in the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) below.

- Knowledge to support the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave.
- Skill to collect, compile, and organize data for reports and briefings.
- Skill to maintain accuracy of personnel records and databases, in accordance with established guidelines.
- Skill to track training requirements for assigned organization and help coordinate developmental opportunities.
