Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is searching for a college student to join our team in Huntsville during their Fall 2026 semester. The intern will work part-time and gain industry experience. The essential functions of the internship may include the following:

- Assist with the migration of employee electronic records into the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Review employee records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and clean the HR file room, including inventorying, archiving, and securely disposing of records in accordance with company retention policies.
- Support HR administrative projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with various benefit administration tasks.
- Track, maintain, and monitor data and provide necessary reports as needed.
- Assist in tracking workforce training and development.
- Participate in exit interviews and process required termination paperwork.
- Conduct regular communication with employees to ensure positive employee relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Senior college student seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in Human Resource Management
- Current 3.5 GPA. (GPA must be listed on resume to be considered)
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
- Must possess a strong ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Willingness to pursue SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) after gaining experience in the field
