SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to support a large aerospace and defense ERP program operating in both classified and non-classified environments. The Solution Architect will serve as the architecture representative for the classified SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring that proposed business process changes, system enhancements, and cross-system initiatives are evaluated for impacts, risks, and dependencies affecting the classified landscape.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external system stakeholders to define end-to-end business processes, assess solution impacts, and develop recommendations that align with program objectives and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Deep SAP S/4HANA solution architecture expertise supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and project-based business processes
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Project Systems (PS), and MRP
• Strong understanding of PLM-to-S/4HANA integration and engineering-driven manufacturing environments
• Experience leading cross-functional business process definition and solution design activities
• Experience assessing impacts across SAP and non-SAP integrated systems
• Experience developing solution alternatives and recommendations to address business process gaps and integration challenges
• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Natural-born US citizen with no dual citizenship
• Based in the St. Louis area or willing to travel to St. Louis weekly (Monday-Thursday) and work onsite full-time (40 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications
• Aerospace and Defense industry experience
• Experience supporting classified environments
• Experience with PLM integrations, engineering change processes, and manufacturing master data synchronization
• Experience supporting project-based manufacturing or defense programs
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

Responsibilities
• Participate in solution architect forums and design discussions representing the classified SAP S/4HANA environment
• Assess impacts, risk, dependencies, and operational considerations resulting from proposed business process, application, and integration changes
• Lead cross-functional business process definition and solution design activities across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance stakeholders
• Analyze business process gaps and develop solution alternatives, recommendations, and implementation approaches
• Troubleshoot business process, integration, and application issues; perform root cause analysis; and support issue resolution
• Provide solution architecture support for classified environment initiatives, enhancements, deployments, and future releases
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure alignment of end-to-end solutions

Work Location
• St. Louis, MO or ability to travel to St. Louis weekly (Monday – Thursday) and work onsite full-time (40 hours per week)
