Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a to support a company focused on cybersecurity operations, engineering, and compliance for federal government programs supporting the Department of Energy (DOE). This position is . The will lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution across a classified IT environment, ensuring precise and efficient program delivery. Join a mission-critical team supporting national security with a focus on disciplined execution and accuracy.

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project and M365 tools
• Coordinate with technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
• Provide clear, concise updates on milestones, critical path, and delivery status to leadership
• Prepare and manage cost estimates aligned with schedules and program scope
• Support risk and requirements boards to ensure timely execution of contract deliverables

• 8+ years of senior-level program/project management experience within environments (no junior candidates)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, and technical IT environments
• Strong expertise in scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination; must be concise and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• Active Top Secret clearance (within 5 years) required

• Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000
