Job Description
- You will coordinate and oversee administrative and program support activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- You will analyze, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and guidance to resolve issues, provide recommendations, and support organizational objectives.
- You will collect, review, and maintain records, reports, and other documentation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
- You will communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to exchange information, resolve problems, and provide high-quality customer service.
- You will prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- You will prepare correspondence, reports, and other written products while using automated systems and software to track, manage, and report information.
- You will initiate and manages MILSTRIP requisitions, ensuring correct data, proper documentation, and adherence to budgetary allocations to expedite the acquisition of materials.
- You will provide departments with precise supply data by reviewing all open requisitions, performing status checks, and maintaining constant communication.
- You will monitor and reconcile budget allocations for all requisitions, ensuring the proper execution of funds by analyzing financial data and reporting on supply price changes, cancellations, and other status updates.
- Must be a US Citizen.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: integratedmanagement and control of material (e.g., requirements forecasting, distribution, or procurement authorization); executing procurement and financial duties such as vendor identification, statement reconciliation, or operational supply budget management; OR overseeing complex supply chain activities involving long lead-time items, fluctuating demand patterns, or comprehensive material control for diverse operational branches.
