That's why we need you, an experienced graphics and media specialist with innovative thoughts on marketing strategies and abilities using various media platforms to provide strategic communications, graphics and media support to senior level government directors for ground enterprise solutions in the IC and DoD.
Our Chief of Staff team is responsible for providing strategic, management, and business operations support to senior level government directors. Responsibilities include developing, facilitating and managing communications graphics, logos, awards, coins, reports, strategies, plans and forums for a large organization. This includes developing and crafting a broad range of communication graphics, publications and products and translating deep programmatic or technical information into understandable concepts.
The candidate will support the development and execution of the customer's communication and engagement strategy ensuring consistency in clear, concise and relevant messages for all stakeholder communications. This includes helping plan and execute social morale events; internal/external Congressional communications; strategic outreach and organizational branding; executive-level briefings for Congressional Staffers and VIP visitors; photography for organizational charts, awards and special events. The candidate will work with executive leaders, turning their vision into finished written and displayable products.
The selected candidate will have frequent client interactions, and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground offices. The candidate will have daily interaction with the customers, supporting contractors, and will need to follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life cycle. Candidate will interact with multiple System Program Offices (SPOs) and support technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support to recommendation briefings.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Education Requirement: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA, or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA, or lastly PhD with 5 to 7 years.
- Clearance Requirement: Must possess and have the ability to maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- More than 3 years' experience developing, facilitating and managing communications graphics, publications, strategies and plans for a large organization.
- Experience working on a team toward a common goal.
- Experience working within a highly functional staff with a diverse set of responsibilities and activities united by a common vision.
- Experience using creative interpretation; skilled at working with executive leaders, turning their vision into finished written and displayable products.
- Experience and proficiency with graphics and publishing software packages including Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
- Skilled in a variety of Microsoft Office and other communication tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Commitment to recognize, understand, respect and operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority.
Strongly Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of customer's mission capabilities (to include GEOINT, SIGINT and Multi-INT domains) and overall space and ground architecture.
- A degree in arts, marketing, communications or policy related preferred.
