KBR seeks a to manage an advanced NAVWAR / NIWC Atlantic portfolio, emphasizing emerging technology innovation and cybersecurity across enterprise, Warfighter, and Defense Health systems.

This role provides executive-level oversight across multiple programs and task orders, balancing . The position is based in Charleston, SC at KBR's new Charleston Facility.

• Oversee and approve task planning, execution strategies, and delivery across .
• Establish strategic direction for functional teams and direct reports across the portfolio to balance mission priorities, schedules, and resources.
• Approve resource requirements, staffing plans, and effort estimates across the portfolio.
• Lead large, cross-functional teams through execution of program and process roadmaps, ensuring integration across technical, operational, and business dimensions.

• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for , including:
  • Financial tracking and forecasting
  • Quality metrics
  • Schedule performance
  • Risk management
• Analyze variances and critical paths; direct implementation of corrective actions to maintain cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Own Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned programs
• Balance customer expectations with internal business objectives and contractual commitments.

• Participate in and approve business planning activities, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP) development across multiple sites and teams.
• Partner closely with Business Unit leadership, Controllers, Business Development and Marketing organizations to:
  • Shape new opportunities
  • Support capture efforts
  • Manage and control business execution
• Ensure programs meet customer needs while achieving targeted financial and operational outcomes.

• Integrate process rigor, quality standards, and execution discipline across the portfolio.
• Apply advanced estimation techniques, critical path analysis, and earned value management to balance resources, cost, schedule, and scope.
• Stay informed on across industry and academia, applying best practices to portfolio execution.
