The Oracle Fusion Learning and Performance Specialist will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor's system modernization efforts, to include configuring talent management frameworks, responding to/implementing/documenting required learning paths, and completing required tasks/actions.
The Oracle Fusion Learning and Performance Specialist will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor's system modernization efforts, to include configuring talent management frameworks, responding to/implementing/documenting required learning paths, and completing required tasks/actions.
- Designing the digital frameworks for employee goal setting, multi-rater feedback loops, and annual performance appraisals.
- Configuring the embedded Learning Management System to track mandatory compliance training, specialized skill acquisition, and leadership development programs.
- Linking performance evaluation metrics with directed learning outcomes to enable data-driven succession planning.
- Conducting rigorous system configurations to identify critical skills gaps within the enterprise workforce.
- Collaborating with management, internal teams, and authorities to align employee development paths with enterprise strategic goals.
- Maintaining system configurations and management items, including security event monitoring and tracking compliance training policies.
- Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning talent modules that meet all requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of experience in enterprise system configuration or human capital management technologies.
- Significant experience navigating Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, especially as it relates to creating talent management and learning architectures.
- Significant experience meeting configuration requirements in large enterprise environments or similar human capital environments.
- Experience working across a large team to drive a performance systems agenda and working with complex, intertwined data flows.
- Experience inventorying complex configurations, and with system documentation including training compliance, patching, and data access controls.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation, particularly workflow configurations and security documentation.
- Oracle Fusion Talent Management or Learning Cloud implementation specialization certifications.
- Experience with the Sponsor's primary workforce optimization and compliance automation tools.
- An active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
