Job Description
Location: National Capital Area, Bedford MA, Various CONUS Locations
Employment Type: Full-Time W2 or 1099
Salary Range: $110,000–$220,000 annually, depending on seniority, experience, technical expertise, education, and qualifications.
Security Clearance: An active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required. Some positions may require eligibility for SCI access or the ability to obtain additional customer-specific clearances.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to meet all customer security requirements.
We are seeking Systems Engineers to support the design, integration, testing, and lifecycle management of complex defense and intelligence systems.
Typical Responsibilities:
Develop system requirements and technical documentation.
Perform systems integration and verification activities.
Support architecture development and technical planning.
Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct trade studies and technical assessments.
Support system deployment and sustainment.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with MBSE, SysML, DOORS, or similar tools is preferred.
