Job Description
- Audits completed vouchers for errors, irregularities, omissions, etc.
- Schedules vouchers for payment.
- Processes accounts payable vouchers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an T3 (Secret) Investigation
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
- PER AR 380-67, NON-US CITIZENS WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED T3 (SECRET) INVESTIGATION, THEREFORE, WILL BE UNABLE TO QUALIFY UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Progressively responsible work experience in an accounting function performing duties as described above.
- Ability to use calculator and personal computer.
- Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing with serviced activities and vendors.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- Process voucher payments using automated system.
- Reviewing documents authorizing payments.
- Resolving discrepancies according to established procedures.
