Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Management Consultant to support our client’s executive leadership team across the country. You will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical operations and enterprise-level business strategy. Mirroring the excellence of top-tier strategy consulting firms you will work directly with the CFO, CRO, CPTO, and CXO to drive high-impact initiatives and accelerate our strategic growth potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to the intersection of cybersecurity, AI and the world of finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with the C-suite (CFO, CRO, CPTO, CXO) to translate complex organizational data into actionable business roadmaps that align with long-term profitability and scaling goals.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives to scale business capabilities, optimize operating models, and streamline cross-functional growth strategies.
• Manage large-scale initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring project alignment with the executive team’s strategic vision.
• Support practice growth by identifying new market opportunities, contributing to high-level proposals (SOWs), and cultivating long-term, high-value client relationships.
• Lead critical business activities, including M&A lifecycle support, operational carveouts, and integration efforts to ensure seamless growth and organizational resiliency.
• Provide performance guidance and professional development to junior consulting staff, fostering a culture of high-performance and strategic excellence.
• Partner with the CPTO and executive leadership to define and execute an AI transformation roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases that accelerate operational efficiency and service delivery.
• AI Adoption & Governance: Oversee the cross-functional adoption of AI-driven capabilities, ensuring that internal processes and technological workflows are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Required Skills
• Eligibility or existing status for a federal security clearance.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience post MBA in management consulting (or equivalent strategic roles), with a proven track record of driving large-scale business transformation.
• Education: MBA from a top-tier program.
Desired Skills (Optional)
• Direct experience as a commissioned officer or senior NCO is highly preferred; demonstrated ability to lead under pressure and operate in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to synthesize disparate data points into cohesive, long-term strategic roadmaps that drive enterprise-level growth.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate, influence, and advise C-suite stakeholders with authority and clarity.
• Business Fluency: Strong working knowledge of corporate governance, financial modeling, and the regulatory landscape relevant to government and commercial contracting.
