Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking an to lead execution for the Advanced E-7 Engineering team from or .

The Advanced E-7 Senior Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for overall engineering execution for the Advanced E-7 development program. This leader will be part of a strategic engineering leadership team to include the Advanced E-7 Deputy Chief Engineer and BDA (Boeing Defense Australia) Senior Engineering Manager to collaborate across sites, countries, and business units. This role provides both technical leadership and people management, ensuring engineering execution meets cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance objectives in alignment with the overall E-7 Program. The position will work across functional teams, customers, suppliers, and senior leadership to drive strategic engineering outcomes.


  • Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines.
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes in alignment with the Advanced E-7 Deputy Chief Engineer.
  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees and mid-level managers.





  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally.



  • Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Summary pay range: $185,300 - $287,500
