The Boeing Company is seeking a to join the team in. This role serves as the primary Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) interface to Operations at the Boeing Global Services Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility. This is a hands-on position that provides daily health and safety support for maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities while supporting sitewide compliance for occupational safety programs. Limited travel may be required.


  • Demonstrate significant knowledge of fall protection, scaffold safety, and hazardous energy control / lockout-tagout (LOTO) requirements.
  • Demonstrate significant knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulatory interpretation and implementation.
  • Plan and conduct health and safety audits to ensure compliance with Boeing requirements and applicable OSHA standards.
  • Support production operations through identification and mitigation of risk throughout the aircraft modification schedule.
  • Conduct and support incident investigations, including fact gathering, witness interviews, causal analysis, and corrective action tracking.
  • Apply root cause analysis methods to identify underlying causes and support effective prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with other EHS personnel to ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements associated with EHS programs.
  • Interface with operations, maintenance, and support organizations across the site to identify hazards and drive risk reduction.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver safety and health training; maintain and manage recordkeeping and reporting systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, technical analyses, and presentations for Operations and leadership.
  • Identify and develop corrective action plans in response to internal and external audits and inspections.
  • Evaluate emerging issues, regulations, and legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.





  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
  • 5+ years experience implementing and/or overseeing fall protection
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time



  • Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
  • 5+ years of
  • Strong experience in fall protection, scaffold safety, hazardous energy control / LOTO, and OSHA regulatory interpretation and implementation
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and performing root cause analysis
  • Experience codifying regulatory requirements into written procedures or desk instructions
  • Experience working across multiple programs and locations
  • Experience with aircraft operations
  • Prior experience in aerospace or MRO environments
  • Strong knowledge of workplace hazard recognition, evaluation, and control
  • Strong knowledge in fall protection, scaffold safety, electrical safety, and hazardous energy control
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective corrective actions
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage occupational safety programs and support multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
