We're looking for a motivated Liaison Engineer Technician (LE Tech) to join our team and help ensure product quality, configuration, integrity, and continued operational excellence.
What You'll Do
As an LE Tech, you will support engineering and production teams by helping identify, analyze, and resolve product non-conformances and technical issues. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of solutions that protect product integrity, safety, and compliance while supporting Boeing's commitment to excellence.

- Assisting with the analysis and disposition of non-conforming products
- Supporting configuration control activities to ensure product definition remains accurate and up to date
- Helping identify and document deviations that may affect product integrity, safety, design intent, or regulatory requirements
- Collecting data to support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
- Providing technical support through research related to design, manufacturing, regulations, and processes
- Supporting the definition, initiation, and approval of technical content for product definition revisions and improvements
- Assisting with supplier audits and related quality or technical reviews
- Working under general direction while contributing as a trusted technical team member
- 1+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of work related experience
- 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
- Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
- Have good communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Hands on problem solving skills
