- Install, configure, and maintain VTC and audio visual systems across secure conference facilities
- Provide real-time support for VTC sessions, ensuring connectivity and quality for mission-critical meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to VTC and AV equipment
- Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure VTC systems maintain proper connectivity
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3+ years of VTC Support experience
- TS/SCI clearance
