Subcontract Task Manager

Evaluates, negotiates, and manages assigned subcontracts to perform to each project`s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. Authors, manages and influences critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s). Establishes milestone objectives and manages performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.

• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience developing long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) at all levels
• Ability to develop plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources
• Ability to obtain and maintinan a Secret Clearance

Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
