4451 Program Manager

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Program Manager responsible for driving program management delivery and oversight to multiple programs across several locations and customers. The PM will drive functional objectives of several PWS for programs supporting critical information technology services across multiple security domains and delivery platforms. PWS tasks could include Information Assurance Support, Configuration Management Support, Computer Network Defense Support, Accreditation Support, Knowledge Management Support, and Cybersecurity Risk Management Support.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Assist customers in achieving project milestones and support implementation of industry best practices
• Collaborate with Government Leads as required to create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks within the PWS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or another related field
• PMP certification
• Minimum of 8 years related professional work experience
• Minimum 3 years in management capacity
• Minimum 5 years applying PMP core principles such as: schedule management; integration management; quality management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, total cost of ownership management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MS in Computer Science or another related field
• 10+ years related professional work experience
• 5+ years in management capacity conducting hiring/terminations, performance evaluations, and salary reviews
• 7+ years applying PMP core principles with P&L responsibility, working directly with contracting officer representatives, and managing T&M contracts.

CLEARANCE:

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance minimum required
