We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to help lead and scale our Defender product suite support across Specialized Clouds. This role is accountable for setting product direction, driving execution across the Defender portfolio, and ensuring secure, compliant, and consistent customer experiences in highly regulated cloud environments. You will operate at a strategic level-aligning product priorities to Microsoft's security vision-while also staying close to delivery and customer impact.

Success in this role requires strong product judgment, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in complex, highly regulated environments.

At Microsoft, we embrace a growth mindset and are committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more-and delivering trusted security is foundational to that mission. • Provide product thought leadership and mentorship across the broader PM community-sharing best practices, coaching peers, and elevating product craft-while modeling Microsoft's values of accountability, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
  • Own portfolio level strategy and governance, partnering with engineering, architecture, and security stakeholders to validate technical approaches, manage risk, and ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Drive alignment and delivery across complex, cross functional initiatives, unblocking teams, resolving tradeoffs, and ensuring secure by design capabilities are delivered predictably and at scale.
  • Represent product strategy and execution at the leadership level, clearly articulating direction, progress, and risk to internal stakeholders and customers to build trust and accelerate adoption of the Defender product suite.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and care, raising the bar on security outcomes while helping create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work.
