We are hiring a Senior Strategic Test Integration Manager to support the XM30 Ground Combat Vehicle Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This senior-level role leads developmental testing activities, coordinates with the U.S. Army and Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), and provides strategic oversight of test planning, execution, maintenance support, risk management, and Government stakeholder engagement for a major DoD acquisition program.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as our primary strategic representative supporting the XM30 program at Aberdeen Test Center (ATC).
  • Lead day-to-day coordination and engagement with ATC leadership, Government program offices, test officers, and key DoD stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee developmental test activities, execution, issue resolution, and reporting throughout all phases of testing.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Government organizations to ensure successful test execution and program alignment.
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, program management, logistics, maintenance, and Government test organizations.
  • Identify program risks affecting cost, schedule, and technical performance, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Advise program leadership on Army acquisition processes, developmental testing requirements, and Government test best practices.
  • Represent the program during test planning meetings, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), execution events, and other Government reviews.
  • Monitor test progress and communicate impacts to program leadership through status updates, executive briefings, and after-action reports.
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and hands-on maintenance activities on XM30 and other tracked vehicle test assets as required.
  • Maintain daily engineering logs and technical documentation supporting test execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, logistics, and Government teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Travel to Government test facilities as required.


Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, including extensive U.S. Government developmental and operational testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Army acquisition, developmental testing, and Government test processes.
  • Experience leading developmental test planning, execution, integration, and issue resolution for complex defense programs.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with Government program offices, Aberdeen Test Center, or other DoD test organizations.
  • Experience performing troubleshooting and maintenance on tracked military vehicle platforms supporting developmental testing.
  • Ability to identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies affecting schedule, cost, and technical performance.
  • Ability to submit engineering documentation, technical reports, and executive-level briefings.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting Aberdeen Test Center (ATC).
  • Experience supporting the XM30, OMFV, Bradley, AMPV, or other tracked ground combat vehicle programs.
  • Hands-on maintainer experience supporting tracked combat vehicle platforms.
  • Extensive experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities on tracked military vehicles.
  • Experience serving within a Government test organization or Program Executive Office (PEO).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA certification.
