The Level 3 Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Sr provides technical expertise and hands on support for a variety of customer facing initiatives, most notably the F 35 Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) effort, the "Try It Before You Buy It" effort, and other projects within the Field Operations portfolio. This role will work across the different sustainment functions and business areas to shape how we delivery sustainment, incorporate lessons learned, and deliver new technologies for the warfighter. This position is located in Fort Worth, TX.

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 + years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret minimum)
• Ability to work effectively across sustainment, logistics, program management, and business teams
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• F-35 program exposure - Direct experience working on F-35 sustainment.
• Project-management exposure - Ability to manage small projects, schedule dependencies, and risk registers.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
