Project Coordinator

This Position is Subject to Contract Award.

OBXtek is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support to the program and project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manages scheduling, correspondence, filing systems, and visitor support
• Assists with HR policies/procedures
• Organizes and maintains project management documentation using Microsoft products

Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• General office management (answering/directing calls, scheduling meetings/appointments,
• Producing/distributing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, supporting visitors);
• HR policies and procedures and coworker problem resolution;
• Microsoft products,
• Organizing/building project management documentation,
• Assisting Program/Project Managers with administrative taskings.
